Expert Anaesthesiology

The department of Anaesthesiology at GG Signature Hospital provides anaesthesia services to all surgical specialties including cardiothoracic surgery, general surgery, ENT, hepatobiliary and transplantology, urology, paediatric surgery, vascular surgery, orthopaedics and gynaecology surgeries. Every patient who is to undergo surgery will be checked for anaesthesia fitness prior to the procedure.

The department includes skilled and experienced anaesthesiologists who are committed to delivering the best of care to patients. Our Pre-Anaesthesia Evaluation Clinic optimises patient fitness for surgery, maintains safety during procedures and promotes recovery after surgery. Specific invasive and non-invasive haemodynamic monitoring is used for optimisation during prolonged, complex surgeries.

We also offer Labour Counselling and Epidural Anaesthesia for pain relief during labour, Day Care Anaesthesia Services, anaesthesia support for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures outside the operating room, comprehensive pain management services, and active research, education and training for the next generation of anaesthesia specialists.
